The
annual C. Gaylen Ackley Memorial Golf Classic kicks of
Friday, May 16 at the Stephen F. Austin Golf Course. Proceeds will
again benefit the Bellville Hospital Foundation. A field of 144
players is slated to participate. For more information, call

FREE Second Saturday Pancake Breakfast at St. John's
Episcopal Church
opens to the public on May 10 from 8:00am to 9:30am. Enjoy
pancakes, sausage, juice, and coffee. Donations gratefully
accepted. St. John's is located on the corner of Meyer and 6th in
Sealy, next to Ace Hardware.
Love those longhorns? Bellville Heritage Gathering, sponsored by
the Bellville Chamber of Commerce, will kick off with a longhorn
cattle drive through Bellville at 11:30am on Saturday, May 3rd.
