began building in March, 1994. By 1995 Heartland was
also developing residential lots in Hunters Terrace, its
home subdivision in Katy. Additionally, custom buyers
with their own scattered site properties sought out
Heartland Homes. Given the resounding success of its
success in developing and building Hunters Terrace, Heartland Homes
determined its interests would be best served by expanding to
develop land and build custom and semi-custom homes in the
surrounding counties.
Today, the professionals of Heartland Homes are in the
process of developing projects in Bellville, Columbus, Sealy, and
Wharton. In addition, their construction and project managers
are overseeing the construction of a number of custom homes
throughout the Houston Metropolitan area. From Magnolia to
